About the job:

Kent is looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to be based in one of our Qatar office. This is an opportunity for an exciting candidate with experience review and compile specific P&ID for all areas across ORYXGTL units, maintain master database of P&ID numbering to ensure proper documents are in place and Get familiar with the Safety Critical Equipment Identification standard to be provided by ORYXGTL

Master Database creation: Review specific P&ID, identify equipment number, extract and create the master data of all existing equipment as per defined template

Carry out site check verification to spot any discrepancies from existing drawings

Prepare a final list of equipment and report findings/GAPs with the aim to identify any missing equipment and the way forward.

Get feedback from different ORYXGTL discipline focal point over the created master data

Safety Critical Identification (SCE) as per standard:

Pre-requisite: The master database shall be created and approved by ORYXGTL discipline focal person.

Attend training and be internally certified over the application of SCE standard in their specific area of expertise

Carry out the SCE identification process considering the required SCE standard:

Prescriptive based

Functional based

Consequence based

Populate the complete list in excel file and assign the specific SCE category/barrier ID

Required Delivery: Master data in excel file as per template provided by ORYXGTL

Create Maintenance plan / Strategies

Safety critical task assignment to the specific already identified safety critical equipment is essential. This task is aimed to ensure integrity compliance is met.

Review existing Job Plan and Integrate the new safety critical task to it.

For non-existing Job Plan, Failure mode effect and analysis (FMEA) to be used to properly identifythe Inspection, Testing and Preventive maintenance task

Task frequency and man hours estimation is required, therefore compilation of final output from Job Plan shall be included
