Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. You will be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and will work full-time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services sector
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships

Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financial needs are met
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Offer personalized financial advice and guidance to customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer service
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide relevant information to customers
- Prepare and present reports on customer relationships and sales performance
