- As a Senior Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for managing the wealth portfolios of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs). You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing talent within the team, and optimizing revenues while delivering superior service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Profit & Loss (PL) of the region and strategically building market share
- Addressing the investment requirements of HNI and UHNI clients through an exclusive product bouquet and superior service delivery.
- Assisting clients in achieving their short-term and long-term investment goals through proper profiling and offering various investment products.
- Developing and implementing marketing plans to acquire new customers in the corporate space and devising acquisition initiatives.
- Acquisition and management of a group of HNI (High Net Worth Exclusive) and UHNI clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in wealth management, portfolio management, and handling HNI clients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging targets.
- Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are preferred.
