- Deal Execution & Relationship Management: Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle from post-origination to closing, including:
- Business selection and Information Memorandum (IM) preparation.
- Structuring deals and identifying potential lenders.
- Coordinating term sheets and sanctioning processes.
- Ensuring smooth closing between borrower and lender.
- Facilitating documentation support and ensuring timely fee collection.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with key financial institutions, including Banks, NBFCs, Real Estate Debt/Equity Funds, and Investors.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Location Head/Regional Director to formulate and implement location-specific strategies. Be accountable for the real estate business P&L.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Sector Expertise Development: Develop a strong knowledge base in real estate finance and related sectors, staying informed on trends, market opportunities, and valuation insights.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Relevant experience in Banks, NBFCs, RE AIFs, or reputable Investment Banks with exposure to the wholesale real estate lending business.
- Education: Chartered Accountant (1st attempt preferred, 2nd attempt acceptable with relevant experience in Banks/NBFCs).
