Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Executive for candidates located in Coimbatore real estate background. As a Relationship Manager Executive, your key responsibility will be to generate new business and develop strong relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for sales, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

New Business Development skills

Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in building client relationships

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Real Estate candidates preferred

Should be willing to travel to projects on weekend

Cold calling experience should be preferred most.

Mandatory :

Customer handling skills

Decision-making skills.

Languages - English, Tamil - good to go

Should be flexible for the day shift and a Work Timings: 10 AM - 7:00 PM

Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per year
