Job Overview
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on sourcing and placing candidates in the oil and gas sector, as well as other non-IT industries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific sources.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for roles in the oil and gas and non-IT sectors.
- Interview Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide interview feedback.
- Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
- Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
