Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Specialist located in Hyderabad(NCSPL head Office). The Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with Sourcing,hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. They will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective talent acquisition processes and support the company's growth.

Should have previously worked only in Recruitment from Manufacturing, Pharma, and other major Sectors.

Qualifications

• Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in training and development
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Experience using recruitment tools and technology
• MBA degree in Human Resources or related field
