Senior Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior TAS) is responsible for the recruitment of their defined scope of profiles in collaboration with the business teams. They are able to execute all aspects of the function autonomously and to provide coaching and training to Talent Acquisition
Specialists & Sourcing Specialists on the day to day recruitment tasks. The Senior TAS has a key role in the sharing recruitment skills in the onboarding of the TAS workforce.
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will:
Expertise:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UK recruitment.
- Extensive experience in hiring for the Digital technology sector is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for UK and Europe and navigating cross-cultural hiring challenges.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
