Job Description

Major Roles and Responsibilities
  • Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.
To handle recruitment for Indian as well as International positions.
  • Screen resumes and take initial interview.
To prospect, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the process.
  • Posting the job on different portals like Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn etc.
Developing a prospective candidate funnel
  • Empanelment with Recruitment Agencies.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Communicate with hiring managers.
Follow-up for documentation of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Responsible for smooth Onboarding of the offered candidates.
  • Desired Candidate Profile :
Deep understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels to identify and attract top talent.
Ability to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and other selection methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills to handle compensation discussions and close candidates successfully.
  • Comfort with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment-related software tools.
The ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, fostering a positive and collaborative recruitment experience.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges in the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions.
  • The ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to optimize the recruitment process and make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,
  • 00 - 40,000.00 per month
