Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Non-Tech)

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid Work)

Experience: 2-4 years in recruiting for Startups (Product, Tech First companies) is mandatory.

CTC: 3.6 - 5.4 LPA

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with the core team to source, screen, and place top talent in the digital and creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring top-quality candidates for our clients.
  • Own internal processes to deliver on KRAs & KPIs of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and manage candidate and client data with accuracy, ensuring seamless and organized recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of high-performing talent for fast-growth startups.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and tools to attract the best candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for both role and company culture.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to sharpen your recruitment strategies.
  • Tackle the unique challenges of startup hiring with creativity and determination.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the recruitment agency space.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring trends in the digital and creative industries.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and thrive under pressure.
  • Adaptable, with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A passion for staying updated on digital trends and recruitment innovations.
