We specialize in hiring offshore talent for global organizations in various sectors including Healthcare, FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, IT, Media, and Software Sales industries in the UK, Europe, and USA.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting, interviewing, communication, and recruiting. The role will involve working closely with clients and candidates to identify talent, conduct interviews, provide consultative advice, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant skills and qualifications in HR, talent acquisition, and knowledge of the global job market are beneficial for this role. Experience in the outsourcing industry and familiarity with UK, Europe, and USA job markets will be an advantage.
