Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Ahmedabad. The Senior UK Healthcare recruiters with a proven track record of booking candidates with NHS hospitals & Care Homes for our partnered client, location would be our offshore office in Ahmedabad, India. Please let me know if you are looking for a change, and preferably can start from mid-June.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in graduate recruitment, consulting, and interviewing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
