Job Description:
Responsible for Full Recruitment Life Cycle: Validating Job Order, Job Specification, Sourcing, Screening, Interview Co-ordination and Follow-Ups etc.
Strong understanding of the immigration process and experience working with W2/1099/C2C/GC/EAD/US Citizens/TN Visa/H1B work Authorization.
Assist recruiter teammates as needed to help them find candidates when needed
Works with team members to help identify contacts for sourcing qualified candidates.
Provides information on job opportunities to potential candidates and guidance to eventual applicants.
Interview candidates to confirm work history, education, training, job skills, soft skills, and availability and salary requirements.
Build the recruiting database by adding candidate details and updating ATS daily.
Conduct regular follow-ups with the relationship managers to keep them apprised of status, roadblocks, unanswered questions, clarifications, etc.
Develop recruitment strategy and comprehensive recruitment planning and effectively work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.
Follow up with candidates during the entire process, keep them warm, and close the loop as appropriate
Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, and personal network to source candidates.
Mandatory Skills:
10 or more years of experience handling end-to-end IT recruitment.
The US recruitment executive would be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for Solugenix Key Accounts.
The candidate will be an individual contributing recruiter who will be responsible for hiring IT professionals with various skills.
Ability to multi-task and work up to 3 positions simultaneously per day
Candidate should be technically strong & possess knowledge of IT terminologies & current trends.
LinkedIn, headhunting, and personal network to reach out to both passive and active jobseekers.
Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, and Social networking sites.
Candidates need to be professional in both approach and work ethics
Must have a passion to work, self-motivation, and positive attitude
Professional speaking ability directly to the candidate via the telephone or Internet and in person as necessary.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Access, and Word).
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, and work with little supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Person with an assertive & persuasive attitude.
