Senior Recruiter ( US IT Recruitment)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Recruiter at Amtex Systems. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, sourcing and engaging top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS
