We are on the lookout for a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment of engineering and non-engineering roles
- Understanding business needs and drafting job descriptions.
- Sourcing and screening candidates from various job boards and employee referrals.
- Conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders.
- Conducting reference checks and offer negotiations.
- Achieving hiring benchmarks like time to fill, cost per hire etc
- Mentoring junior recruiters and helping them achieve hiring targets.
Ideal Candidate
- Ideally 4+ years in recruitment experience with experience in both engineering and non-engineering roles
- Good and clear communicator with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Well versed with best hiring practices and hiring tools
- Must be data driven and have analytical ability to change course on the basis of feedback received.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
