Job Description

  • Shall be responsible for understanding the clients hiring requirements and develop the strategy to close them
  • Source, screen and present list of potential candidates with detailed assessment
  • Continue to manage the client account and grow the share of revenue
  • Maintain and grow professional network, including exploring opportunities to grow business in-organically
Candidate profile
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have at least 4+ years of IT recruiting experience
  • Should have managed E2E process for most technology stacks
  • Prior experience in Engineering IT / Embedded technologies will be an added advantage
  • Will be adept in leveraging technology and job boards to network and source candidates
  • Shall have a good understanding of how to leverage social media to network and source senior profiles for key technology leadership roles
  • Good knowledge of the various technology stacks
  • Must be willing to work with aggressive revenue and closure targets
  • Computer navigation skills need to be excellent
