What you'll do

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full talent operations process: identifying and engaging top talents, vetting their real-world skills, matching talents to job descriptions based on prioritized requirements, coordinating with hiring managers and negotiating & closing deals. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can build strong relationships and deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract qualified candidates for any type of role in any geography through various sourcing methods, including job boards, sourcing partners, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Talent Vetting: Review profiles key data points and skills, and perform/review interview.
  • Talent Matching: match and position the best suited profiles for specific job descriptions, based on thousands of data points.
  • Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, budgets, and selection criteria.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the field of Recruitment
  • Passionate about making a significant impact in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record with various types of placements: across roles and geography.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with talents and hiring managers.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Large network which can be immediately tapped in to.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven individual with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong ability to collaborate.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and remote setting

What the process will look like
