We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Pune to provide recruitment support for our India operations. The professional we seek must be a bright, creative problem solver and must have a passion for recruiting.
Responsibilities :
Manage and drive recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening and co-ordinating interviews between the candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
Gather feedback and meet the hiring targets within the given SLA s.
Maintain thorough documentation of the candidates, their status, and selection decisions in ATS.
Work closely with hiring managers to build and maintain trust and credibility as an adviser in the selection process.
Work on multiple technical requirements and become an expert in our technology stack.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Network, source and build relationships with passive candidates.
Skills/Qualifications:
MBA - HR or equivalent post-graduate degree/diploma in Human Resource Management.
5+ years experience in recruiting technical talent in a dynamic high growth product company.
A proven track record of success and highly progressive approach to acquiring talent.
Experience in recruiting technical talent with skills in Ruby, Python, React, Data warehouse and SQL.
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Must be a team player and should be able to work with diverse teams locally and globally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
