Key Responsibilities
- Talent sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screening and assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for the position and company culture.
- Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Candidate relationship management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Offer negotiation and onboarding: Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process for a seamless transition into the organization.
- Data management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, applications, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems or other HR software.
