Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter with a specialization in accounting and finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and placing top talent in roles such as Accountants, Chartered Accountants (CAs), Taxation Specialists, Auditors, and Wealth Management professionals. You will play a key role in driving our recruitment strategy, building relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies for accounting and finance positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in accounting, taxation, audit, and wealth management.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance regulations relevant to accounting and finance roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics effectively.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the accounting and finance sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, audit, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
