Senior ReactJS Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior React.js Developer with 6+ years experience to lead the development and implementation of user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building complex applications, a deep understanding of JavaScript and React, and a commitment to high-quality software development.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of new, user-facing features using React.js.

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve the usability.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.

Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

Proven experience with React.js and its core principles.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

Thorough understanding of React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux, Flux, and Webpack.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

A knack for benchmarking and optimization.

• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
