Industry: Manufacturing Outline the formulation, planning & execution of the development trails of new products, from idea generation to pilot trails.
Develop and optimize recipes, considering factors such as taste, texture, nutritional value, shelf life, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure that all developed products meet regulatory standards, food safety requirements, and quality specifications.
Performs lab-level cooking for the development of products.
Conduct sensory evaluation of products against market samples and maintain technical data.
Identify, select and approve necessary raw materials.
Manage trail data and complete the necessary documentation, including recipe creation, labelling information, nutrition calculations, process SOPs & specification.
