Job Overview:
Implementation of Project Quality Management plan throughout the duration of project.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibility:
- Liaise with Client representatives for day-to-day quality related activities on the project
- Establish Site Quality Management System
- Understand MDR & Client Quality requirements and cascade down to Site team for implementation
- Conduct / Participate in planned audits during project execution phase and ensure compliance to the Quality Management System, Local Statutory requirements and Project Specification requirements
- Arranged and organized quality workshop with engineering and procurement team in home office & also at site establishment to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements during design and procurement phase
- Attending weekly and monthly meetings related to production and quality with Client, Contractor, and Sub-Contractor
- Formulation of Site ITP, QAP & Job Procedure & its implementation
- Monitoring daily site related progress & related manpower status
- Checking all the drawing is as per the code and as per the client's requirement
- Ensure all the work on site is going on as per the related code, standards, specifications and contract documents
- Inspect all the site work as per the given drawings and dimensions and report if any revision is required
- Demonstrated skills in inspection activities of welding, coating, painting, NDT
- Ensuring compliance to quality standards and maintaining all related documents
- Interfacing during fabrication & installation process to resolve any welding and inspection related problems
- Preparation of PWPS, Conducting WPS, Lab tests, Welder Qualification Tests, Electrode Qualification Tests
- Compilation and submission of project final documentation to owner as per contract requirements
- Carrying out Material Inspection in line with Clients technical Specification & applicable codes and standards
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- 15+ years preferred for B.E / B.Tech (or) 18+ years preferred for Diploma
- Relevant Bachelor's in Engineering / Diploma Graduate (CSWIP 3.1 / AWS, ASNT Level - II or equivalence Preferred, ISO 9001 Lead or Internal Auditor mandatory)
- Collaborative and Team player
- Work as a Project team member with right attitude and highly Professional
- Good communications and Interpersonal skills
