Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Engineer at Srinika Autoplast (P) Ltd, located in Chennai. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, conducting quality audits, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma, are preferred
