Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Responsibilities
Focus on RFID technology quality performances and methodologies for inlay, converting, and print/encode.
Working knowledge of printing technologies including flexo, thermal, offset, digital, and inkjet printing technology
Deep knowledge of products and collaborate with Process Engineer to learn the process and quality parameters
To manage the shift activity monitoring & quality supervision
Monitor production operations and equipment's, products to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments
Should have Knowledge of problem-solving tool & techniques like, QRQC (Quick Response & Quality Control), 8D, Why-2 analysis
Address customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. And work closely with the customer service and sales teams to understand customer needs and expectations
To visit to Vendor's and do follow the vendor qualification process, ensure vendor compliance
To take lead in preparing, compiling and coordinating reports/working papers for presentation to the Management
To get trained on ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 & CQM parameters and implement the same in production floor
Monitor adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements during the shift. Ensure that all quality control processes are followed strictly.
Ensure that all products produced during the shift meet the established quality standards. Conduct or oversee routine inspections, testing, and audits to verify product quality
Qualification
3+ years of working experience as Quality Engineer, ideally in electrical / electronics manufacturing sector
Bachelors / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
Experience in Quality Systems
Expertise in quality control and assurance
Problem solving and analytical skills
Fluent in English
