Senior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance plans and strategies tailored to FRP products.

Establish and maintain quality standards for FRP materials and processes.

Conduct thorough inspections and testing of FRP products to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues related to FRP.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product performance.

Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators specific to FRP manufacturing.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of FRP production processes.

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers and other team members.

Stay current with advancements in FRP technology, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of [2] years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) or composite materials.

In-depth knowledge of FRP materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.

Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and quality assurance tools.
