As the Senior QA, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our SaaS application, ensuring the quality and reliability of the product. You will lead a team of QA testers and collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that all testing is done in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Lead the QA team in the testing efforts for our SaaS application. Develop and implement testing strategies and plans. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that testing is done in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that all testing is done to the highest quality standards. Identify and report defects and issues, and work with developers to resolve them. Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports. Manage the QA team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as needed. Ensure that all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 2 years of experience leading QA on a SaaS application Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks is a plus. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
