Jetbro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital solutions through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to identify, prioritize, and address quality-related issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of digital solutions.
- Perform various types of testing including functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation for better test ability.
- Identify, prioritize, and report defects using appropriate bug tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve overall product quality.
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, and promote a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to quality assurance and testing.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in software testing.
