• Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to lead and manage our test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in test automation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid offshore environment. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams and projects, focusing on implementing and enhancing automation strategies. The role is based in Pune, with flexibility for hybrid work.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) for the organization.

Develop and implement test automation strategies, including White Box, Black Box, Negative Testing, and Edge Cases.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the best practices in automation testing across multiple projects.

Facilitate and document COE Governance Meetings.

• Mentor and coach teams on automation best practices, frameworks, and coding standards.

Collaborate across onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth execution of automation tasks.

• Provide guidance on scripting, test data development, framework design, and naming conventions.

Implement new automation tools and maintain the Automation Framework for continuous improvements.

• Oversee and execute testing strategies that comply with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Ensure seamless integration of CI/CD pipelines with automation efforts.

• Perform test automation of REST APIs and handle database testing using SQL, Oracle, and other platforms.

Address technical challenges related to test automation and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation using UFT, Tosca, and other automation tools, including framework development.

• Experience in managing enterprise-wide automation strategies.

Proficiency in automation testing of REST APIs and familiarity with HTTP methods.

• Strong experience with CICD pipeline implementation and DevOps tools.

Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C#, Python).

• Familiarity with distributed testing models, and backend job testing.

Proficient in Git and hands-on experience with Database Testing.

• Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.

• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in UFT, Tosca, and other leading automation tools.

Proficiency in Postman, Fiddler, or other API testing tools.

• Experience with Selenium, RestAssured, and other testing tools is a plus.

Strong understanding of data structure design and coding standards.

• Familiarity with both onshore and offshore testing teams.

Pay: 3,000,
