Overall 10+ Years of Testing Experience At least 5 years experience in Testing leadership roles( Such as Test Lead and Test manager) Demonstrated expertise in creating Enterprise level Test strategies Experience in Management of All testing aspects End-to End ( Functional, Automation, Non-functional Performance Test ) Hands on experience in TOSCA/Selenium Frameworks Hands on experience in API Testing tools, e.g. Postman, Soap UI, Rest Assured, Jmeter, Swagger etc Experience in Load Testing tools e.g. Load Runner, Jmeter, Neoload etc Engage and support the Test/Automation Leads Ability to drive and provide Automation solutions to complicated problems Takes accountability for the Testing delivery and success of Testing processes Responsible for the Promoting, Reporting and management of the Test Practice guidelines adherence Contributing to the Test Practice Goals Assessment of the skill requirements in the team Good Test reporting skills using JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Power point presentations etc. Engage with all relevant stakeholders(Head of platforms, Principal Technologists, Vendor Dev/Test Teams, Release train engineers etc.)
