nA Hybrid working model
nnNow offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. nnWhat does a Senior QA Engineer fo at Hogarth
nnWe are seeking a Senior QA Engineer who will play a key role in our Quality Engineering team. Primary responsibilities include leading projects, developing tools, updating frameworks, executing and maintaining automation scripts, working with QA Leads to support projects, maintaining test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects in a fast paced environment, and interfacing with development teams.

nShift Flexibility Requirement: The incumbent must be available and open to working flexible hours, with the potential for night shifts being required a few times per year during peak periods.
nnCompensation (Night Shift Allowance) NSA: The company will provide a night shift allowance on top of regular pay for any period worked during night shift per the terms of company policy. This provision is aimed at ensuring balanced work conditions and fair compensation.
