Responsibilities:
As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of web and mobile solutions that meet the company's requirements and exceed customer expectations.You will be called upon to provide technical leadership to the QA Engineers by mentoring them and ensuring they follow best practices and are productive, motivated, and focused on achieving their goals. You will be involved in creation,review of test plan, estimating, prioritizing multiple projects. You have to make sure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved. You will work closely with product and development teams for scoping/sizing after clarifying requirements and create strategy and technical design for quality delivery and help others on same within and across teams.You should be willing to demonstrate Customer empathy, stakeholder management and amplify QA concerns at every and all instances.
Requirements
4 -12 years of experience in manual testing of rest APIs, web & mobile apps
Experience of leading QA teams to success in fast paced delivery environment and ensuring Delivery with Quality
Experience in mentoring QA Engineers in Requirements understanding, Test cases identification,QA processes, Phase gates and delivery ceremonies
Experience in Test reporting and signoff processes
Expertise in Manual Testing, Test Strategy design, Test Scenario Creation, Test Case Writing and Execution
Experience in designing and implementing QA-processes inside the QA team as well as cross-department with software-developers, designers, and project managers
Experience of Agile methodology and related activities like Sprints, Issues creation & management, etc
Proactive, self-motivated, ownership attitude and good communication skills
Actively participate in aspects of quality assurance, applying industry best practices, and implementing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
Automation testing tools and basic scripting knowledge in Python/Java/Selenium is a plus.
