Role And Responsibilities
As an Senior QA Engineer: You will perform, develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality for assigned projects. With a passion for technology and curiosity to explore, detect errors, in this role, you will contribute in making our products bugs-errors free. You will be part of the development team, working in a multidisciplinary environment.

- - Spearhead the development and oversight of software system testing procedures, automation frameworks, and regular quality assessment reporting for both Windows and Cloud-based Applications, ensuring scalability.
- - Serve as the primary technical resource, providing expertise and guidance on module functionalities and core areas within the product.
- - Establish and refine standard operating procedures to ensure effective execution of software quality assurance principles and responsibilities.
- - Deeply comprehend the technical intricacies of the software product, acting as a subject matter expert.
- - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and offer technical insights during decision-making processes.
- - Contribute to the generation of comprehensive use cases to ensure thorough coverage of system functional requirements during the product test design phase.
- - Work collaboratively with product managers, business analysts/product owners, and development teams to grasp functional requirements accurately.
- - Develop and review use cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all possible scenarios during the test design phase.
- - Provide constructive feedback on functional requirements and design enhancements to ensure the precision and completeness of use cases.
- - Define test methods and formulate test plans for new or updated software projects to validate accuracy and reliability according to documented requirements and established standards under various conditions.
- - Offer recommendations for design enhancements or corrections throughout the development process.
- - Maintain open communication channels with project software engineers and stakeholders concerning project limitations, capabilities, operational aspects, and performance requirements.
- - Execute test plans and compile comprehensive test reports detailing program evaluation, testing outcomes, and necessary corrections.
- - Strategically plan and monitor program performance post-implementation to proactively address operational issues and ensure optimal efficiency.
- - Identify and promptly address any operational problems or issues arising post-implementation, collaborating closely with development teams to implement corrective measures and enhance software performance.
- - Proficiency in Web Services and API Testing using tools like JMeter and Postman.
- - Expertise in Cloud applications based on AWS or Azure.
- - Proficient in Database management, including MySQL, Cassandra, and Elastic Search.
- - Familiarity with Grafana and Kibana is desirable.
- - Extensive experience in testing large-scale Cloud Applications and working with Virtual Machines.
- - Strong programming skills in Python or Java for testing solutions.
- - Knowledge of Automation Testing and Framework Development using Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, and Cucumber.
- - Familiarity with CI/CD using Jenkins.
- - Experience across Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms.
- - Proficiency in Test cases and Defect Management Tools such as JIRA.
- - Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- - Exposure to report generation using Power BI.
- - Previous involvement with embedded/server software products.
- - Strong organizational skills, excellent presentation abilities, and adept at resolving complex problems with minimal disruption.
