Good Communication skills
Good Analytical skills
Strong QA Process understanding
Good AEM QA Experience
QA Lead Experience (applicable For QA Lead Roles)
Strong Software QA Automation Skills
Hands on experience in Selenium/cypress
RPA Automation using UI Path
Hands on Programming Language Experience (Preferably using Core Java and java script)
API Automation experience (rest assured)
Capable of working in Automation Test Framework Development
Good exposure to Continuous Integration/Deployment/Testing tools
Good Basics with DevOps tools (Cloud manager, Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Linux)
Work on QA Competency Initiatives
