Job Title: Senior Automation Testing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for frontend, backend, and API testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure that testing activities are carried out according to the established standards and procedures.
- Participate in design and code reviews to understand the scope and design of a project.
- Continuously enhance the automation framework and improve the efficiency of the testing process.
- Mentor and guide junior testers, providing insights and expertise in testing best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in software testing and automation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing.
- Strong experience with frontend (UI) testing and backend testing.
- Expertise in API testing and tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
