We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in Flask to join our client's internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and be capable of leading projects effectively. This role demands a deep understanding of Python, particularly Flask, to ensure the smooth execution of our client's projects.
Lead and manage Python development projects with a focus on Flask.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify and fix bugs, and optimize code for maximum performance.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
5+ years of experience in Python development.
- Expertise in Flask framework.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web development.- Proficient in database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience leading a development team or project.
