• Job Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Develop high-quality technical solutions that align with client business objectives, ensuring the design and development of robust data models to capture Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and perform complex data transformations.

End-to-End Cloud Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive cloud based solutions, with a strong emphasis on applications and data management.Product Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the product vision by understanding the roadmap and integrating business value with user experience. Actively participate in building a strong engineering culture within the team.

• Software and Data Pipeline Delivery: Develop and deliver highly reliable software and data pipelines utilizing automation, version control, continuous integration, testing, and security to aggregate the reporting metrics required for a Retail Data Platform.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality solutions by resolving and identifying technical issues proactively.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry tools, actively participating in knowledge-sharing within the team.Mentorship and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by teaching, learning, and mentoring other team members.

• Basic Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses, such as Snowflake or Big Query.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and Looker for reporting and dashboarding.

Familiarity with distributed source control systems like GIT, preferably in an Agile-Scrum environment; experience with Airflow is a plus.

• Exposure to Machine Learning concepts and tools is an advantage.

Client-facing experience is highly desirable, along with experience in working with executive level stakeholders.

• Ability to identify and implement improvements in data quality and reliability.

Up-to-date with the latest data trends and adept at simplifying data insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong commitment to teamwork, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
