Senior Purchase Executive

Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the job market context of India, and will be responsible for managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Senior Purchase Executive will report to the Head of Procurement and will work closely with other departments to ensure that procurement is aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that are aligned with business objectives
• Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary
• Manage the procurement budget and ensure that procurement activities are cost-effective
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement is aligned with business objectives
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on sourcing and negotiating
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with procurement software and tools
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Note : Candidates from Super Market industry or Hotel Industry Purchase Experience is Must.
