We at YourDOST are looking for motivated Sr Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist (5+ years of experience) based out of Bangalore who want to make an impact and to work with us as an in-house expert at Bangalore.

Work Responsibilities:

Conducting offline/online counseling at corporate client premises.

Supervise and build quality protocols.

Ability to organize and design programs as per B2B client's requirements.

Develop content and help in delivering modules, programs, workshops, webinars for corporate clients.

Conducting group sessions.

Understanding core processes of YourDOST functioning.

Requirement:

MPhil/PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Master's in Psychology.

Minimum 5+ years of experience.

Excellent oral & written communication skills in English (Hindi & other languages advantageous).

Corporate experience and team leadership preferred.

Public speaking skills and screen presence.

Salary: As per market standard.

Job Type and Work Hours: Hybrid, Full-time position and 5-day work week.
