Role Summary:_
The Senior Project Quantity Surveyor will be instrumental in managing our construction projects financial and contractual aspects during RIBA Stage
- This includes overseeing final account settlements, contract administration, and ensuring compliance with all project specifications and financial forecasts.
_Key Responsibilities:_
- Manage and oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, including budget management and cost analysis.
- Administer construction contracts, focusing on managing claims, variations, and disputes efficiently.
- Lead risk management processes to ensure projects meet timelines and budget constraints.
- Provide comprehensive project reports and maintain robust communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all project work complies with relevant legal, professional, and technical standards.

_Required Skills:_
- Strong experience in contract administration, particularly with JCT or FIDIC contracts.
- Proven ability in financial and budget management during late-stage project delivery.
- Excellent risk management, quality assurance, and compliance monitoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
_Qualifications:_
- Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor, particularly in high-end residential and office fit-out projects.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and/or India, depending on project location.
