Senior Project Manager
Overview
As a Senior Project Manager at VR4BIM, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering complex BIM-based projects. You will lead a team of design and BIM professionals, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure the successful integration of BIM technology throughout various project phases.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, daily task schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular project reviews and status updates for stakeholders.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, providing guidance and support.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Quality Assurance:
Establish quality control procedures and standards for deliverables.
Conduct quality reviews of design documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Innovation:
Identify opportunities to leverage technology for process improvement and cost savings.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field.
Explore and implement innovative applications to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management.
Proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
