Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage each project's scope and timeline.

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.

Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide development teams to a higher level

of Scrum maturity.

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.

Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.

Help teams implement changes effectively.

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Foster a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working

on it

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related

technical discipline

12+ total experience is required.

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master role

PMP/PRINCE2 certified is a plus.

Experience with Agile methods used in implementing cloud-based solutions, Azure DevOps

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the Definition of Done, user

stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement

Experience working in an agile development environment, or an understanding of the

concepts of Agile software development.

Outstanding organizational skills

Should be from the IT service industry who serve Mortgage and Banking Clients.

• Scrum Master certification is a plus.
