Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead complex initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of project plan and budget aligned with Miratech standards and goals.
- Regular, timely, and comprehensive reporting of the project's progress.
- Estimation of resources and timelines necessary for completion of assigned tasks.
- In cooperation with the sourcing department, allocation of resources to projects.
- Observing the adherence to the communicated timelines and taking corrective actions as and when necessary.
- Liaising with customer IT and business on their goals and consulting on ways to achieve those.
- Being responsible for the change and quality management within the assigned projects.
- Providing advice during IT operations on industry best practices in this field.
- Monitoring team performance, establishing a feedback loop, and maintaining team spirits.
- Be a point of escalation for the team, both internally and externally, and control issue resolution.
- Proactive identification of any risks to the assigned projects and taking actions on elimination or mitigation of those.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Reliability, the candidate needs to be strongly able to deliver what is promised.
- Attention to detail, being able to spot errors and provide solutions.
- Educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
- Team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage high-complexity projects and work in a multinational environment.
- Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English.
- Result-oriented attitude and problem-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive and analytical mindset.
- Be agile and ready to work at any domain and project type.
- Client management and relation management skills, customer focus.
- In-depth experience with identifying and understanding user and business needs.
- Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in CX domain is a plus.
