Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Project Manager at County Estates Developer. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
