Position Title: Project Manager for R&D Specializing in Ophthalmic, Otic, Injectable, and Nasal Formulations

Job Overview: The Project Manager for R&D specialized in ophthalmic, otic, injectable, and nasal formulations will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development process of pharmaceutical products within these categories. Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience 10 years or above in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on ophthalmic, otic, injectable, or nasal formulations.
3. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, including formulation, analytical testing, and regulatory affairs.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
6. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are desirable.
7. Experience with regulatory submissions (e.g., FDA, EMA) is a plus.
