This role is responsible for the complete life cycle of the project. This includes managing all stakeholders of the large scale project and delivering the project on agreed time, cost, quality and safety parameters.
Job Description:
- Manage the pre-construction phase of the project including selection of the consultants.
- Review contract documents and make recommendations of contractor s valuations.
- Lead the team of engineers to deliver the project wrt safety, time, cost and quality
- Manage the construction and close-out cycle of project with quality, cost, time and safety.
- Should have good soft skills to manage the PMC processes.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineer degree with 15+ years of experience.
- Experience in Hospitality projects / High end residential projects.
- Experience of aluminum form work is must.
- Experience of high rise building / hospitality construction.
- Should have delivered two-three green field projects (Structure, MEP & Finishes) from start to end.
- Should have excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Preferable to have PMC experience .
- Mandatory experience in both Pre construction, construction & Post construction activities.
