Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and enhance the Data Catalog for the Henkel Data Platform (incl. automated cloud flows, catalog metamodel)2. Understand and support the customized data model and workflow engine3. Gain proficiency in Precisely s Data360 Govern (catalog metamodel, roles, classification inheritance, admin modules)4. Utilize Precisely s Data360 Analyze (SQL, Python, API knowledge, Azure basics)5. Utilize GUI-supported ETL tools (preferably MS Integration Services)6. Collaborate with team members and use training materials for continuous learning Required Skills:1. Experience with GUI-supported ETL tools (MS Integration Services preferred)2. Proficiency in Python and SQL3. Basic API and Azure knowledge4. Motivated to learn Henkel-specific data models and workflows Preferred Skills:1. Experience with Data360 Govern and Analyze2. Knowledge of Databricks and PowerBI (1.) To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (2.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (3.) To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks. (4.) To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
