A decade ago, Mantra4Change stepped into the education ecosystem with a vision to transform public education in India. We believe that in a unique nation like India, our approach to quality education cannot be exclusive of systemic reforms. We work with stakeholders in the system especially in leadership positions to enable school improvement across the states we work with. Roles And Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management:
- Navigate through various government departments and foster effective stakeholder relationships.
- Comfortably interact with government officials, particularly at the senior IAS level.
- Manage relationships with funders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Operational Oversight:
- Conduct meetings with concerned department officials.
- Evaluate current programs and provide insightful feedback.
- Liaise with the government for seamless collaboration.
- Organize workshops and review meetings with both internal and external teams.
- Comfort with frequent travel, especially within the northern belt of U.P/Bihar/Punjab/Delhi.
Experience And Competencies Required
- Must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Must have an ideal mix of experience in the development sector and education.
- Must know Hindi (Read and Write).
- Demonstrated ability to work with government stakeholders.
- Adept at funder management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.
