Senior Program Lead
As a Senior Program Lead, you will own mini-projects within the overall program. the individual will be responsible for the leadership journey of 2-3 members of the program team by playing a role of manager and coach for them during their leadership development journey. He/She will work closely with the team and the education department to drive the education intervention. On joining as a Senior Program Lead, you would develop the required experience to take up a Program Manager role within 6-12 months.
Roles And Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management:
- Navigate through various government departments and foster effective stakeholder relationships.
- Comfortably interact with government officials, particularly at the senior IAS level.
- Manage relationships with funders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Operational Oversight
- Conduct meetings with concerned department officials.
- Evaluate current programs and provide insightful feedback.
- Liaise with the government for seamless collaboration.
- Organize workshops and review meetings with both internal and external teams.
- Comfort with frequent travel, especially within the northern belt of U.P./Bihar/Punjab/Delhi..
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Ideal mix of experience in the development sector and education.
- Proficiency in Hindi.
- Demonstrated ability to work with government stakeholders.
- Adept at funder management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Compensation range: 9-12 LPA
