Manage a team of production supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and engineering, to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
